Our community has a quilt show every year. It suports the childrens home in our area. Without further adue, here are some pictures of some lovelies.
Isn't this Farmers wife a beauty!!!
And this Churn Dash. I was drulling!!!
This Dresdon Plate is a vintage quilt up for auction. WOW!!!
And this one was really amazing. Lets look at the back of it.
Yep, there is barn doors on the back of the quilt. And, inside names each block that is on the front of the quilt. And, there's a row of blocks from top to bottom. My pictures aren't the best. But, you get the idea. Right!
I really enjoyed walking around looking ar these Lovelies. I can't wait for next year!

Grandma's Flower Garden
My Grandmother made this quilt top.
And this is the label I made for it.
I felt very honored to have been asked to hand quilt this for my aunt.
I must admit there were days when I wondered what I had gotten myself into.
But I pressed on. And I'm glad I did.
This beauty will live on in our family as a reminder of a great talent the she has past on. And, I was blessed to be a part of it.
LOVE, HUGS, and Prayers,
Carolyn
